Confirmation of booking

A booking will be confirmed only on acceptance of all the rules and the contents of this disclaimer by the purchaser.

Payment

No Payment will be made until day of the trip.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation fee if cancelled:

• 48-24 hours before the time of departure - 50% of the fee
• Less than 24 hours before the time of departure or "no show" - 100% of the fee.

I accept the above cancellation policy and agree to my credit card being debited accordingly, provided that my credit card will not be debited before cancellation or "no show", whichever is applicable.

Participation of minors
Participation by the under-18 age group can be done only under the authority of a legal guardian. Sharkcagediving.co.za has the right to refuse participation and/or cancel any ticket should this not be complied with.
